Under his vision, we’ve grown from one campus to five and are reaching the Valley. As God continues to draw lost people to Himself, we’re positioned to invite them into the story of hope, freedom, and purpose He’s writing through our church.

RUSTIN
Rustin isn’t new to us—he’s been formed by this church, shaped by our story, and called to lead with courage, humility and hope. This next chapter isn’t a pivot. It’s a continuation.
Rustin’s journey has been marked by personal transformation, a deep dependence on God’s grace, and a heart that resonates with the broken. His leadership will lead us forward and continue the story God has deeply woven into the fabric of our church.

The Process of
TEAMWORK
To help guide this important transition, our leadership partnered with the Slingshot Group and embarked on a Spirit-led process marked by prayer, discernment, and deep commitment to Scottsdale Bible Church’s mission. Throughout this journey, our Elders engaged in honest conversations, sought wise counsel, and remained unified in their desire to follow God’s direction. As a result of this intentional and collaborative process, we believe God has clearly confirmed Rustin as the right person to lead us into our next chapter.
